2. General description
The SYZX Series Double Shaft Screw Oil Press Machine is a new product which is invented from our brand new technology. In the pressing cage there are two parallel pressing shafts with contrary rotating direction. The design can get high compression ratio and oil gain, the oil pass can self clean.
The oil expeller model SYZX24 is a new kind of multifunctional screw type oil machine which designed in our meticulous and innovative technology, it uses two parallel screw shafts, the flakes are under strong shearing thrust force in the pressing cage, so as to achieve self-clean outflow pass of the oil.
The Double Shaft Screw Oil Press machine is applicable for the high-temperature and low-temperature pressing of rapeseed, tea seed kernel, peanut kernel, sunflower seed, perilla seed kernel, chinaberry seed kernel, copra, etc. It's also applicable for the high-temperature press of livestock of fish scraps. For the pressing of special material, it can achieve even better effect.
3. Features
SYZX Series Two-shafts Oil Press Machine is applicable for both low-temperature and high-temperature oil production, under reasonable processing condition, it has below highlights:
1. Compact in structure, sturdy and durable.
2. With adjusting vessel, so the machine can adjust the temperature and water content of the flakes.
3. Two parallel screw shafts push the flakes forward, the shearing force acts so as to solve the problem of the press of high oil content, low fiber content seed kernel.
4. With the powerful shearing force, the machine has excellent self-clean ability, is applicable for the low-temperature press of various kinds of high oil content seed kernel.
5. The easily worm parts adopt high abrasion resistance metal material so they are quite durable.
